Client-Stream ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Ethan Lee-Duffy, based in the United Kingdom. Our platform provides AI-powered lead response (ReplyFlow) and restaurant reservation management (ReservationFlow) for service businesses.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following types of personal data:

  • Contact information submitted via lead capture forms (name, email, message)
  • Booking information (name, email, requested time, service type)
  • Restaurant reservation data (name, email, party size, visit history)
  • Account credentials for platform users (email address)
  • Usage data collected automatically (page visits, form submissions)

3. How we use your data

  • To respond to inbound enquiries via ReplyFlow
  • To manage restaurant reservations via ReservationFlow
  • To send booking confirmations and reminders
  • To operate and improve the platform
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process personal data on the following legal bases: legitimate interests (responding to enquiries), contract performance (booking management), and consent (where explicitly obtained). As a UK-based operator, we comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

5. Data retention

Lead and enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months or until deleted by the requesting party. Reservation data is retained for up to 36 months for customer history purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Third parties

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Supabase — database hosting (EU region)
  • Google (Gmail, Calendar, Workspace) — email delivery and calendar integration
  • Anthropic — AI response generation
  • Vercel — application hosting

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk)

We use essential cookies only to maintain authentication sessions. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.
