1. Agreement
By accessing or using Client-Stream, ReplyFlow, or ReservationFlow (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by Ethan Lee-Duffy, United Kingdom ("Client-Stream", "we", "us").
2. Use of the platform
You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Platform to transmit spam, misleading content, or content that violates applicable laws.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account at ethan@client-stream.com.
4. Intellectual property
All content, software, and design of the Platform is owned by or licensed to Client-Stream. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without written permission.
5. AI-generated content
ReplyFlow uses AI to generate email responses. While we design our AI prompts to produce accurate and appropriate content, we are not liable for AI-generated responses that do not reflect your intended message. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Client-Stream is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at ethan@client-stream.com.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
